Important Things to Know:
Freeze Option: Need a temporary break? You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months! This keeps your benefits and locks in your current pricing. Just send a written notice to hello@thesweatland.com. A $15 service fee applies.
Auto-Bill Management: To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel ONLINE before your next billing cycle. *Please note, no refunds will be processed.
Use Your Sessions! Don't let your valuable sessions go to waste. Be sure to use them before you cancel!

To cancel a membership online, follow these steps:
Click "My Info" tab and Sign In
Click "Account" in the upper right
Find your contract and click the "Terminate" link next to it
Click "OK" to confirm termination
*Note that contracts cannot be terminated through the Mindbody app. (read more)
